What You Need to Know Before You Arrive

To ensure that your stay at Holiday Harbor Resort & Marina is as seamless as possible, it’s important to know a few things before you arrive. Whether you’re renting a houseboat, checking into our RV Campground, or planning to rent a boat, here are a few key points to consider.

Before you leave for Holiday Harbor, make sure your reservation is confirmed. For houseboat rentals, boat rentals, and RV Campground sites, we recommend booking in advance, especially during the busy summer months. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your reservation, including check-in instructions and important contact information.

Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 9:00 AM. For houseboat rentals, check-in times are flexible, but we strongly recommend arriving before the evening to ensure you can get settled in and enjoy the amenities at the resort. If you need a late check-out or early check-in, please contact us in advance to make arrangements.

Upon check-in, be sure to bring a valid driver’s license or ID. For houseboat rentals or boat rentals, we also require a credit card for the security deposit. Be prepared to provide payment for any additional services, including fuel, Toy Box Rentals, or marina fees.

Before your arrival, take a moment to review our policies regarding cancellations, moorage, pets, and boat operations. This will help you understand our guidelines and ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.
