The Empress Experience

ELIGIBILITY The Holiday Harbor 2026 Houseboat Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who are able to travel to Shasta Lake, CA for prize pickup and return. Employees of Holiday Harbor, Inc. and members of their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
 
ENTRY PERIOD The Promotion begins on July 10, 2026 and ends on July 20, 2026 at 11:59pm Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted after the Entry Period closes will not be eligible.
 
HOW TO ENTER — NO PURCHASE NECESSARY There are two ways to enter:
  • Method 1 — Social Media Entry: During the Entry Period, visit @holidayharborshasta on Instagram (instagram.com/holidayharborshasta), follow @holidayharborshasta, like the official giveaway post, and leave a comment tagging a friend. PRIZE One (1) grand prize winner will receive a 3-night, 4-day houseboat stay aboard “The Empress” at Holiday Harbor on Shasta Lake, CA. Prize dates are winner’s choice, subject to availability through 2026 and must be mutually agreed upon with Holiday Harbor, Inc. at time of winner confirmation.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $5,110.00
Prize is non-transferable and has no cash equivalent. Winner is responsible for all costs not explicitly stated as included in the prize, including but not limited to fuel, provisions, transportation to and from Holiday Harbor, applicable taxes, security/damage deposit, and any incidental costs associated with the stay. Standard Holiday Harbor rental terms, conditions, and liability waiver apply to the prize stay and must be signed prior to check-in.
 
ODDS OF WINNING Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
 
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about July 27, 2026. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message and/or the contact information provided on their mail-in entry. The winner must respond and confirm eligibility within 48 hours of notification or an alternate winner may be selected. Holiday Harbor, Inc. reserves the right to select up to two (2) alternate winners in the event the original winner does not respond or is found ineligible.
 
WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT The winner’s Instagram handle (or first name and last initial for mail-in winners) will be announced via the @holidayharborshasta Instagram and Facebook accounts on or about July 24, 2026.
 
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION By entering this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Holiday Harbor, Inc., which are final and binding in all respects. Holiday Harbor, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process, acting in bad faith, or violating these rules. Holiday Harbor, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion at any time for any reason.
